This enchanting area, known for its rich heritage, is conveniently located near Hakata Station and nestled beside the esteemed Shofuku-ji Temple, founded by the Japanese tea master Eisai. Here, the layers of history come alive in a tranquil setting.
On Friday, November 8th, we invite you to experience the inaugural opening of BASE GALLERY HAKATA, our second art gallery, following our successful launch in Nihonbashi Kayabacho, Tokyo.

On the first floor, we’re excited to announce the grand opening of SABOE HAKATA, a specialty Japanese tea shop by the esteemed SABOE, on Sunday, November 3. This innovative establishment is dedicated to connecting the world through the art of tea and fostering its evolution. SABOE HAKATA will introduce the T. Collection, showcasing Japanese tea in refreshing new ways alongside an exquisite selection of sweets and elegant tea utensils. A delightful tea room will invite guests to savor tea and Japanese sake in a serene setting. Additionally, the Gram Building Gokushomachi is now open to inquiries for exclusive office space rentals in select areas.
